I've read quite a few essays over the past few days, and (admittedly) kind of enjoy critiquing them. PM me if you want me to read over yours and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can (:

Also, I am part of this year's applicant class, but I promise I'm not looking to steal your essays or anything. Honestly, if I could steal your essay and write it off as my own, it probably needs a little more of a personal touch anyway.

So send them over! If you're looking to swap, I do have one scholarship essay that I'd like a few more people to look over, but by no means do you have to look at it. I'll look at yours without any swapping (:

@greentea what is he going to do? Copy and paste your essay into his common application? Run away with the only copy of your essay and deny you from ever seeing it again? LOL.

No one would be dumb enough to pay the 50$+ application fee+ other expenses to do something as dumb as jeopardizing his or her chances by copying an essay -_-.

iwhy would you think there isnt anybody in this world who would take it? why would you risk your chance at an admission of a school by giving someone a free essay that they would use too? you think a school wouldn’t do anything about having two of the same exact essays, and those people will get admitted, correct? do you guys even look at the first thread about being cautious when you hand out your essays to just ANYONE? 11 posts…pretty risky

Lol, okay. Let’s not bombard/attack thegreentea68 or pilover.
Pilover is a excellent editor! (I would know from personal experience considering she overlooked my essay and presented great feedback!) and thegreentea68 was just trying to be cautious and warn us all just in case.

Let’s move on and forget all this happened, okay kiddies? :)
