Does anyone remember what he/she answered for the dark matter/galaxy science question that had answers somewhere along the lines of 2, root2/2, 4, etc?

I answered 2.
Because it gave you the equation that was the square root of something times M over r.
If r was 2 and M was 8 you’d get the square root of 4 which is 2.

I could be way off though. xD

I did 4 because the equation would be altered to have an 8 on top and 2 on bottom.

I filled in 2 because … well, I ran out of time so I just chose the one that looked “prettiest” Lol

what I remember:

English:
bands’ names (it was like, people don’t remember these bands names, xyz… but they do remember these songs)
hovercraft passage: the paragraph (6?) is placed after paragraph 3
Woman painter passage: no it didn’t show an overview of women in the 20th century because it only focused on one woman

Math:
area of shape that looked like a house: 24+2sqrt(41)
range of the graph with limited domain: it was like {11,13,16,19} or something

Reading:
“Neighbors” means another tree in the forest
trees in lusher environments are more likely to get diseases

Science:
You can’t distinguish fructose from sucrose

I filled in 2 because … well, I ran out of time so I just chose the one that looked “prettiest” Lol

^ Nice XD

^^ domain was {10, 13, 16, 19, __} I forgot the 5th number too >.< (don’t assume 22 because I don’t know where the 5th one was XD)

^^ domain was {10, 13, 16, 19, __} I forgot the 5th number too >.< (don’t assume 22 because I don’t know where the 5th one was XD)
^
Wasn’t there only four numbers? XD

English

“this” soundtrack
bands “that”
Correct punctuation: lamps, or deeps,
bands’ names
hovercraft passage: the paragraph (6) is placed after paragraph 3
Woman painter passage: no it didn’t show an overview of women in the 20th century because it only focused on one woman

On reading - one hit wonders, what did you put for the one where the author was considering reversing the structure of the sentence from “such bands as X, Y, and Z” to something like “X, Y, and Z would be just a few examples” ?

I chose the answer that said to keep it the same so it parallels the next sentence’s structure.

^^^I don’t remember D: You might be right XD I have a terrible memory

^I’m pretty sure there was a 10 there… unless 10 was part of the domain. (you’re looking for the range btw, because I remember looking at y for the answer)

^^ You’re right Rahful

@rahful

same.

ooh on the hovercraft passage, the last question or something, it was like ‘if you were to write an essay about… would this fit’ I put “yes because he made inventions that weren’t only for him”

Are we allowed to discuss questions like this? I’d love to contribute, if it’s allowed.
