I was just wondering if anyone knew when we could expect to receive scores from the April 24th ACT that all high school Juniors took last week. Are we going to receive something by mail? Does anyone know? Waiting for the scores is the hardest part!

Three weeks. It will be online if you had an account already created. If not, you will receive in mail. I called ACT yesterday and they said scores will be normal timeline. Technically I expect to see it within 2 1/2 weeks.

Thanks for the reply, lacrossemom!

I think something is misunderstood here- do you have an online account LadyHam, or is it just that you’re specifically waiting for the mailed score? Because in my case, lacrosse, mine isn’t online yet. Same goes for every person at my school who took it. I want to know when to expect to get my report, period. I have the online account, but it still shows as registered.

The test that my daughter took on April 24th does not show up on her online account w/the ACT that we have for the April 14th test, and the test in June. Should it? I think my daughter said that something would be mailed to us w/the results of the test and that it would go on her official high school transcripts.

Oh. I see now. I misunderstood it actually. I didn’t know she had the option to take a test on the 24th, as most of the country only took one on the 14th. I confused the dates there. Depending on how the test was administered, it may not show up online then. You’ll definitely get a score in the mail, sometime after the 3 week mark from your test as lacrosse said. I’m still waiting for the results of my 14th test. :P

Yea Pjbrida this was an ACT that was administered by the state of Illinois as part of high school evaluations, but some other states also gave it.

When I took it, I do not remember giving any information or numbers (like a match number) that will link to my ACT account, unless the school itself can do it. What I have heard is that the schools receive it before we do, and we hear from them, but that is a rumor and might be completely wrong. It’ll be a few more weeks though for sure.

My daughter does have an online account for the ACT, but the test that she took through her high school does not show up on that account. The test she took on April 14th and the test that she is registered for in June do show up on that account though. I think that she is going to be mailed her scores and her scores will also be sent to her high school (for the April 24th test), where they will be put on her transcripts.

Two years DS took the April National and PSAE ACTs. As I recall, the State ACT score basically just showed up in his account about 3 weeks after he took it. Maybe some else can confirm regarding can confirm with their older child/sibling.

Thanks for the info, ChicagoBear.

DS took test two years ago and it showed up in his account. ACT will match test to the account as lomg as info is the same. We should start seeing scores in two more weeks.
