I'm in a weird situation.. I received a letter from Cornell's ILR basically advertizing the school and saying I should apply...I am not exactly Ivy material, 29 on ACT and only a 3.67 GPA (out of 4). (I am extremely skeptical).

Should I even bother to apply?

Oh and I'm split between pre-med and international relations...again is it worth it?

I got “invited” to apply to a bunch of schools, including Princeton, where I would have NO shot at all. Those things don’t mean anything except that you checked a box somewhere at some point and ETS sold your soul to college admissions offices and their advertising depts. So, research the school (your stats aren’t TERRIBLE for ILR; not ideal, but not OMFGNOCHANCE). If you like it, apply. If not, don’t. Defiantly don’t apply if you want to go pre-med, though.
