If everyone that gets accepted could give their location that would be great :)

Thanks and no problem. I’m from CT and I applied RD. My application stuff was pretty late. I know I sent my commonapp in on December 28 and I just had my interview 2 or 3 weeks ago.

were your stats really high like over 2200 SAT’s and great subject test scores and a perfect GPA???

I think my GPA really helped me. Idk what it is unweighted, but weighted its a 4.7. Subject tests were ok. I think I got 720 on both Math and Chem, and I didn’t break a 2100 on my SATs. I don’t think scores matter that much though. When I visited ILR, they seemed to focus more on the supplement and the recommendation letters.

@sunnyyears Did you find out today?

I know this is ILR, not hotel, but someone found out from maryland yesterday. It mightve been different because he/she went to a boarding school, but still.

I found out on the 5th

Found out on the 5th also, I think that was like the first batch ILR sent out.

Is anyone here from Southern California?

Yeah! I’m from L.A. and I got into ILR

Any internationals receive one yet?

Congratulations!!! Anyone that Didn’t hear yet. Does Financial Aid Checklist Say “No current to do item information found?”

To those accepted, why did you choose ILR?

Well, first congrates to those who got accepted. Well, I am a international student applying for ILR but I didn’t get either likely letter or acceptance letter. Is it a kinda ‘privilege’ that only those who live in U.S got the letters first?

im getting nervous that most of the acceptances have gone out already and so this RD round is going to be unbelievably difficult

I received my letter on the 5th and it was postmarked for the 1st. ILR here.

Chaldo- I don’t think it makes a difference because everyone sent their apps in before the deadline of 1/2/12 so everyone is still being picked from the same pool. It’s not like ED where people get accepted yet more people can send in applications after that date. Anyway I’m rambling, best of luck thursday!

ILRgirl-I chose ILR because I’m a social science guy who doesn’t know exactly what he wants to do just yet. I know it’ll probably be something in law or business perhaps collective bargaining or consulting or something, and ILR gives you a range of classes with government, psychology, law, statistics, economics and history and those were my favorite high school subjects so it seems to be my perfect fit. My dream is to attend law school and many ILRies do.

i meant like march 29th round, not really RD round

I haven’t heard back from Cornell and I am freaking out… From what I’ve heard, the first round was sent to minorities (I heard this from a friend in admissions – might not be true), and no likely letters have been sent out to Cornell ILR applicants.

I got my acceptance to ILR by snail mail, and I’m not a minority. It may just be random (I’m a west coaster). Still waiting on fin aid though, and my online portal hasn’t changed.
