ILR Study Abroad

Is it too late for a rising ilr junior to firm up plans for going abroad for spring of next year? Do most ilries go away?

No not too late for some programs. But start getting the gears into motion now.

I would say that close to half of all ILRies have a significant academic experience away from campus (Cornell in Washington, Cornell in Albany, Urban Semester, Credit Internships, or Study Abroad).

Is it better to look into taking classes or pursuing a credit internship?

Well that’s a hard question to answer without knowing your personal situation.

What are your academic interests? What are your professional interests? What are your extracurriculars? Give us your story.
