ILR? can someone wrap up the school in a nutshell in reference to majors and where someone would go with a degree from there

combination of history, business, economics, business psych, law, HR, organizational behavior.

grads typical go into law, banking, consulting, HR, labor work, plus loads of other business fields.

Gome gave perfect list but I'd also add sociology since hr and ob obviously tie into that.

You have the opportunity to study the psychology of business: what the workers are thinking and how they react (and organize), how to deal with them, how they influence business, how laws can be utilized, business economics, etc...(I've only been here a semester tho so there is much more!)

It's really interesting if u don't wanna do the blah work of business that I personally find boring...plus AEM requires science courses and various math related courses that I also don't like. ILR is the perfect approach to business for me.

gomestar and figgy described ILR perfectly. essentially the "people" side of business, and though it's a great feeder for law schools, you can go into business, other fields, etc.

also, there's only one major in ilr, and that is ilr. you can concentrate in other things, but those are more like minors.
