Ilr

I know that one of ILR's requirements is that applicants send in their resume.
Does anyone know why ILR is the only school to do this? What specific things is ILR looking for?

What headings should I include other than volunteer, work, school clubs/activities?

I've looked through some resume books to get an idea as to what I should include, and most of them have a 'personal skills' section. Should I include this as well, or does that sound too self-absorbed for a university application purposes?

Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have any ideas

I'm applying to ILR as well, and I have yet to think of what I am going to put in my resume. Personally I would put as much info about me as I could. I doubt we'll need something like references and education, but I could be wrong.

my guidance counselor said i should make a resume for my ec's anyways because the common app was too constricting so i was just gonna put my ec's and awards ive gotten in them for ILR as well

hmm... do you guys think there are any specific ecs that ILR would like us to focus on

and are you guys applying ED?

Im applying early and they ask on their website do you do student government, debate mock trial peer mediation ect so probably those ones
