I'm a bit worried. Please read.

I just submitted my SCEA app to stanford about 15 minutes ago and i haven't received a confirmation email. However, the common app says it went through.

I got an email when I sent the supplement, but how come not now?

Help?

Did it come through yet? It has been 13 hours. If it still has not come through, I would start considering a phone call. People at the Stanford thread may have advise.

Good luck with your application.

Nope, don't call... you have to wait until mid-November to attain a receipt of them receiving it.
My source: Listening to the information 3 times while I was on hold for their admissions office! :P

Relax, you are fine. Just wait. If you are really worry, give the school a call, and nicely give them the confirmation number from common app

Hey! Thanks for replying!

I finally got my confirmation email. It took about a day. This is why I'm glad I didn't wait until the very last minute to send in my application. Phew.

Other applicants, take this advice: send in your app at least 2 days before it's due!

Hey, I sent mine in at around 9 pm today. I still didn't get a confirmation email, its been like 3 hours. Should I be worried? The common app site says its submitted. Call the college tommorow if I dont get one?

I didn't receive a confirmation email when I submitted my app for a school last week. (The other two produced emails though, weird.) However, today they sent me, by mail no less, login information for my application and showed my materials were received, so I don't think it's a big deal.
