I'm a relatively average student. What are my chances?

Hello!
So I go to an international school in Asia and it's that time of the year to start my apps and stuff. I realized that I did very little in my 3 (going to 4) years of high school. My extracurriculars are also very common.

During my freshmen and sophomore years, I was only in 2 clubs and I did not really do anything in them. I was also in marching band for both years. During my junior year, I am VP for a club, but that's it. During my senior year, I will be officers for two clubs (not VP anymore though). I also do track and field, but only for one year so far and have not won any medals. This summer I had an internship at a medical lab. I also have been playing the piano since I was four and competed several times. However, music is definitely not what I set my future on. My current weighted GPA is about 4.1 and I got a 2050 on my last SAT. I am retaking it in October and am shooting for around a 2150. By the end of my high school career, I will have taken 8 AP courses. My subject test scores are also relatively mediocre.

As you can see, I'm not a very spectacular person. I do, however, really want to apply to decent schools. I have schools like UCLA and Boston College in mind. What are my chances?

I still have that tiny bit of hope so I'm sincerely asking if there's anything I can do to vamp up myself. I wish I know what major I'm interested in, but so far, there has not been any subject that I'm particularly interested in. I will most likely apply undecided.

Thank you so much for reading and please help =)

Stop bragging and making others feel bad by saying a 2050 is “mediocre”.

Sorry I really didn’t mean to brag. I go to a school where it is very competitive and lots of people easily get over 2300s. So naturally I would think it’s mediocre. Really didn’t mean to offend anyone!

I’ve read about UCLA and don’t think you’ll have a problem getting in there.

No, UCLA is very competitive; you will have a problem getting in.

You will be applying as an “out of state” student so you will be competing with dozens of other people who are out of state. I’m not sure if an American school makes you an international student or not. But, I think UCLA expects more if you are not instate.

Both are low to mid reaches, likely. You might seem mediocre amongst other international students. Although certainly, you would have gotten in if you were instate.

Here are the STATS for in-coming Freshman 2014 for UCLA, which includes OOS and International Students:

thank you all so much for your replies !

Don’t bother applying UCLA, Boston College seems like a solid match if you can break 2100 which you’re close to already. Good luck.
