writing the essay is not required for your first semester. do not sweat it. they offer the class during the spring semeseter and you can take it then

WTE is required for the fall for some schools including Stern...

Don't worry, WTE sections slots open the first week.

When do we find out about housing?

Thank you all for your help! I emailed the advisers and they have put me into one of the classes.

They open up new WTE classes during each CAS Orientation (they have to register during summer orientation), which is almost weekly I believe, just check often.

anyone know if i transfer as a junior to nyu, will i have to get my own apartment or does nyu provide me with an apartment?

Thanks for answering people's questions. they helped me a lot too :P.
I was wondering which SAT2's would be most preferrable in the eyes of the admission officers?

Ive taken SATII Math IIC, would you recommend a second and maybe a third subject?

I'll like to get into Stern.

Hey - I'm an incoming freshman at Steinhardt this fall majoring in Comm. I wanted to double major in Marketing at Stern but I also want to minor in Spanish. Would this be possible or a waste of time? Thanks!

Unless they changed things, you can't take a major in Stern from a different school, you can only do a pre-business minor and take marketing classes.

Do any courses require you to have personal laptop?

How many courses overlap Stern and International Business? Is that the easiest double major? ( In terms of how many courses overlap?)

during the application process, is stern particular about internships and business courses? i’m applying to stern but the only thing i’m worried about is my resume lacking “business” aspects. i have a few leadership positions and it’s not like i’m lacking EC’s in general, but stiill … im just wondering …

chance me plz? :]
