Im a transfer first quarter here but?

I am a transfer my major is psychology and social behavior at community college i went up to stats for math and I want to change my major to business economics, am I able to change it?

Finish this quarter to establish a GPA. 2.00 GPA

2.00 GPA for the quarter prior to changing major.
No grade below a “C” in Math 2A-B and Econ 20A-B, with an average of 2.50 GPA OR ABOVE

It doesn’t say those courses have to be completed before changing majors, also please note if you came in with 105 units(max) and are taking 16 units, I recommend you drop a course, as Students with more than 120 units are held to different change of major criteria.
