Maybe 50 words or so. Is that cool or will the form cut me off? Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks

I'm almost positive they'll cut you off. Since you type your essay into the space they have they usually count the words/characters.

hope for a glitch in the system?

No, i actually wouldn't worry about it. At the Hispanic Scholar conference, they said unless its 100's of words over, it's fine. Also, the online app allows for thousands of characters over the actual limit, so it won't cut you off.

In fact, mine was over by like 15-20 words and they said it was absolutely fine.

Just try to stay as close to the boundary as possible. Remember, they have plenty of applications to read and they like it when you follow the guidelines. Good luck

This always happens to me. It actually takes me longer to figure out what to delete than writing the damn thing.

Me too SeanBateman1999, I had to give it to three different people to cut it down to the write size.

to the "write" size eh?

im surprised you got into UF with that kinda grammar.
