I'm an idiot...need help

Ok, so I signed up for the December SAT thinking that the World History SATII was offered in January...I even looked on the website to confirm this before I signed up for the SAT. So I paid 75 dollars for the base fee, a late fee, and the QAS service. Today I was scrolling through the forums and I saw RootBeersomething post a topic about the SAT2 World History test and he said that the test was in December and my heart dropped... So I went back on collegeboard and what do you know...it is in December. So I tell myself, "Ok, well I'll just get a refund...I paid onilne and I haven't taken the test yet..shouldn't be a problem..", but no. Collegeboard doesn't give any refunds except for the QAS service which was only 10 dollars...

Here's my question: Should I sign up to take the SATII in World History in December and completely waste 65 dollars, or should I just never take it because I'll be taking an SAT in June? (I feel that the WH SAT2 will be highest score next to the Math2...I'm expecting 800's on both).

note the World History SATII is only offered in December and June...stupid collegeboard...

do you care that much about $65? in the long run, it's a good investment.

sign up for the december test, and then retake another sat II in january i guess. you can switch to whatever test you want at the test center. that way at least it's not wasted.

but wait, hasnt the december deadline already passed? for both reg and late deadlines?

Oh, well if it is I guess I'm stuck taking it in June...crap.

Can't you try to test standby in December?
