I'm an International Gap year student who needs help with the common app

Hi,
I'm a US citizen who did high school in India. I'm taking a gap year (2011-12) and applying for 2012. I'm having some difficulties filling up the common app properly, and was hoping I could get some help.

Does my counselor have to fill a mid year report, even though I'm a gap year student? If so, which transcript do I attach? My 12th finals?

My counselor doesn't have the option to fill out an international supplement in the common app. Is this because I ticked US citizen, or is the international supplement not available online? Hoe do I fill up the international supplement? Online or mail.
For fact, I know Columbia requires an international supplement even if I'm a US citizen if I've studied abroad.

I have my 10th and 12th CBSE final exam results. These are the main exams conducted by a national board in India. Do I still have to attach the 11th grade transcript?

Note: I think I already posted this, but I can't find the thread. So I don't think it got posted. Sorry if this is a repost.

Thanks for your time and patience.

I would request of your counselor that he or she submit the School Report with your 12th finals attached. He or she can then include a note that these are your final high school grades. Remember your counselor - not you - should submit the School Report.

The availability of the International Supplement to the School Report is not controlled by anything you enter. There are two questions that your counselor will need to answer on their My Profile page about your high school that determine whether or not the International Supplement is necessary. Essentially, the International Supp is only if your school is an international school that does not use an AP curriculum. If it is an American school that just happens to be overseas, for example, the International Supp is not required.

Again, I would have your counselor attach your final transcript. Your final should show everything the colleges need about your high school career.

Good luck with the application process!
