I'm applying to Williams and I was curious, are there people that go there that didn't have 1350+ exam scores and straight APs and honors? What kind of people do you generally meet there?

As I'm sure someone has written on this site before, it is IMPOSSIBLE to know if you are getting in to Williams (or similar schools) by your SAT scores and GPA. Someone with great SAT's and a very high GPA who hasn't left the library during high school might not make the cut, wheras if you've done interesting things and your grades are a bit lower that might get you in. I'm a sophmore at Williams right now, and I can tell you that it is impossible to reduce Williams students to their high school GPA's. The admissions office wants to know that you'll be an active member of the community-- taking part in varsity/club/IM sports, community service, writing for the Record, etc, and your high school extra curriculars are a good measure of how involved you'll be in college. Your application is not going to be judged by the numbers here (though numbers never hurt anyone...), so don't stress about your SAT's at this point.

Yeah, I have to say all you should do is to present your true self to the admissions committee. Try to show your strength wherever you can. GPA and SAT scores are set, and you can make no changes about them. But there are many other things that must be uniquely yours, that no others can replace.

A full 1/4 of the enrolling students have SATs below the 25th percentile. (That's what it means!)
