I'm applying to Georgetown

I'm a Junior at a large low-performing high school in Tri-State Area (I'm middle class and white)

SAT: 2300+ (based of psat)
SATII: 730, 760, 760, one more that is not so stellar (does it count, considering they ask for 3?)
Rank: top 10 students of ~512
APs: 5/4/4/5

ECs:Prez of Investment Club, Prez of Student Gov, Prez of NHS, Mock Trial Capt, science research at nyu, volunteering, internship w/ politician, finance internship in manhattan, Varsity Tennis (not that great though)

Any chances? Advice?
Be honest..
I'm looking to major in statistics or econ
Thanks, in advance!!!

Write good essays and I am sure that you are in. One of the girls with whom I spoke to during my GAAP weekend told me that they put alot of emphasis on the essay because it gives them a true idea of your character. Of course you still need stellar SAT's as well as an impressive GPA. But you seem to have both of those, so I suggest you focus alot of time on your essay and preparing for your interview.

Great and thanks for the response. My GPA is actually not too stellar, however my rank is fairly solid. I hope they can somewhat overlook a ~93UW gpa.

What does MSB look for? I'm pretty sure I'll apply there.

yeah those stats are pretty similar to mine, cept i scored a bit less on the SAT's and my highschool rank was top 3% and i got into MSB

definately apply, youve got a great chance
