no chance

NEXT

I'm the mother of a URM that was accepted to many top schools this year and I agree with UCgradmary that your chances are slim for the very select schools. These schools only give consideration to a lower than usual SAT scores if the applicant has overcome significant obsticles to acheive them. However, you say that FA is not an issue, so they will be looking at you with much the same standards that they do the rest of their candidates.

woah, never meant to cause such a stir....

well yea, i know my chances are slim at Ivies, i would ignorant beyond belief if i didn’t accept that. Truthfully, I'll apply to Georgia State, UGA, Iowa, Northwestern and Georgetown (my true dream school)

the thread title is a reference to I'm A Flirt by R. Kelly
"Cuz Hey I'm Black, Handsome, I Sing Plus I'm Rich"
It was meant as a joke and to get your attention
No, I would never describe myself as that in a essay

i just wanted to know what my ivy chances would be, simple as that. to those who say i have a slim chance or no chance, thank you for your honesty. to those who gave more structured criticism, thanks also.

best college wishes to everyone!
