I'm caving. What are my chances for Umass Amherst.

<p>I'm planning on transferring from a junior college to a four year university next fall and trying to gauge my chances. Here are my credentials at my current school:</p>

<p>-GPA: 3.5
-SATs: retaking them, planning on getting at least a 2000
-Ample letters of recommendation
-Volunteer work
-No EC's, but I have been working at the same job for over a year (I've been told this will help me out)
-I've won two small scholarships (I've been told this will help me out)
-I plan on writing a stellar essay.(I'm adept at writing and have two academic advisors helping me)</p>

<p>So, what are my chances for UMass Amherst, keeping in mind that my father is an alumnus?</p>

<p>Also, if anyone knows, what are my chances for the University of Vermont?</p>

<p>Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out. Sorry about the crappy writing in this post, I'm very tired.</p>
