I'm extremely nerve wrecked about applying to colleges

Alright so my current High School GPA as of right now is 85.03.
My SAT Score is an 1450, believe me, i'm working on it.
Crit. Reading : 450
Math : 490
Writing : 510
I'm in a lot of extra-curricular activities.
Student Government Senator
Weill Cornell HPREP Program
College Prep
Participant in Brain Bee
Participant in Schools Cultural Show
Mentorship in Montefiore Medical Center
LPP (Liberty Partnership Program from Pace University)
In the National Honor Society
Also i am enrolled in a Science Research course from the University at Albany (SUNY)
I've taken AP English Composition and Literature, AP World and AP U.S. History so far.
I am going to be taking AP Bio senior year and the last year of AP English.
My SAT II Scores are
World History : 500
Math : 500
Physics : 460
I am definitely striving to get my SAT scores near an 1800 and raise my GPA to a 87-88 before applying to colleges.
I was just wondering what colleges i should be applying to/keeping in mind...
So far i have Stonybrook, SUNY Albany, Binghamton, Rutgers, St. Johns, NYU and Fordham.

Thanks for Reading !

P.S.
Can someone please tell me colleges i should apply to with my grades ?
My dream school is NYU... i highly doubt i can get in. If anything though, i'd love to go to Stony.

You should study for your SAT I a lot, and if I were you I’d study for/retake those SAT IIs. Since your scores are pretty low, I’d suggest you pay for a tutor if you can afford it and are having a hard time raising your scores. Your GPA looks okay, but I’d aim for around an 88 (B+) before you apply to colleges.

$0.02

Yeah you’re right.
I’m really stressed with how college admissions work, for instance, i want to become a dentist or radiologist. Honestly, anything that will allow me to earn a lot of money.
So i was really interested when i came upon this SUNY 7-Year joint degree dentistry program at Albany. But i kept thinking how long would it take to become a doctor of dental medicine elsewhere and now that i’ve realistically thought it out, Stonybrook is my most desired choice 'cause frankly NYU is a rejection waiting to happen.
