I agree...That's not even really Asian Fail. I use that term for Bs and maybe Cs.
You might not be studying in a beneficial way...I'd recommend going to the library with less distractions and asking people for help.
A tutor may be helpful.
Good luck on pulling up your grades; it is do-able though.

^haha in my school B+/A- is Asian Fail....

Look at what you've been missing on the tests - are you simply making careless errors, or just not understanding?
If it's the former, you just have to calm down and check your work.
If it's the latter...talk to your teachers, see if you can do extra practice questions similar to the ones you've been missing, and find the root of this problem.
If I'm struggling, I stay after with my teacher and get some one-and-one help on what I messed up one. I usually don't miss it again after that.

B+ is a failing grade for me... Not because I'm asian, but more because I'm a CCer.

oops, yeah...heh sorry...I guess i just saw "Canadian history" and assumed so...

Stop studying so much, don't overstudy. Study for a while, chill out, watch some TV. Works for me.

DP

we don't have A-s or B+s so a B is basically Asian fail for us...though ppl like to extend the term to Cs cause it makes them feel better :)
