Sweet! Dr. Bertch is an amazing chem teacher. I had her for honors. And I love Mrs. Davis to death, but she's very tough. Her class, in my opinion, is much harder than an ordinary AP class should be. She was definitely the reason I got a 5 on the exam, though. And Jansci...stands really weird. Hahaha. Tell them Lena says "hi." :P

Haha! Ok.

Sophomore year should be pretty intersting then. I've heard quite abit about Mrs. Davis. I guess I better prepare for some all-nighters.

I was just really dissappointed when journalism was dropped. Less than 10 people signed up for the zero period class.

Have a great time at Bishops!

Ah, yeah. I heard about that. Mr. Fares is an awesome guy (El Cid). As for Davis, the all-nighters can be avoided if you don't procrastinate. But who am I kidding? I'm procrastinating right now for AP US. Also, "Modern European History" by Viault is a life-saver for sure. Thanks, and good luck next year as well!

The questions changed because the original poster talked about some colleges. I just wanted to mention something else relevant to the thread.

Kyledavid80, if you're still here, what city were you in at Boy's State?

I was in Boys State this year.

Bidwell, of Eskridge. =D You?

And how do you know that the app questions have changed? It seems to me that the essay questions are changing for 2008-2009. I dunno.

Kyle David is cool :)

Lucky Californians....:(

I live in SD.

FWIW.

just curious, is anybody from my school? If you think there's a chance... please post your [learning] schedule.

Kyledavid80, In Boys State, I was in Jordan, of Baker County.

I knew the questions changed because I saw a thread about it and I visted the UC website. Now, there are 2 essay questions, which have to have a combined amount of 1000 words.

lol no one where i live (socal) says hella

i dont really like socal because of the weather, but i like the monterey area, anywhere farther north. i always wanted to go to all the places that john steinbeck set his stories in up there.

SoCal doesn't say "hella" because it is stupid and we don't just make up random words. plus, we're better.

all you san diegans, i love you guys. bishop's, cathedral (i really want my sister to go there), you have better sports teams, but we have happier cows. ooo, take that!

ad.bc.: so i take it you like constant fog and gloom? jk, btw, i love steinbeck too.

anyone applying to any of these schools?:

I don't know why the UCs changed their essays.

Weren't there 3 essay questions before? And they recommended that you write one of them long and two of them short?

California sucks!!

runs and hides

actually vc08 you're right
i dont like constantly sunny weather
i really like overcast/foggy/rainy weather

I'm from CA but I'll be leaving for college in MA in 22 days. sigh I will miss the CA weather.

dank08, you're pathetic. cessnovember, where ya headed? mass winters are gonna be different lol.
