<p>Im so exhausted with there customer service Im not ready for this October test, so i dial the number like 50 times since yesterday to change test date to December : press 4, then 0 and each time i always received " Thank u for callin... We appologize for.... blah blah blah "CB suck balls !! Im so worried, Im afraid I cant change the test in time, and waste 68 $, anyone got through this problem give me some advices plz</p>

<p>The CB website says that "to make changes, call us no later than the Wednesday that is 2.5 weeks before the test date to speak with a customer service representative."<br>
Does this mean that you have to change 2.5 weeks before the test you want to take (ex. with ashlee, December), rather than 2.5 weeks before October?...because it seems like the fee is the same if you were absent on test day and want to change afterwards...<br>
Or do you still have to follow the regular deadline for December, October 30, to change the test by then?</p>
