OK, so I need 2 SAT II scores for most of my colleges that I'm applying to right now. I only have one good score, a 760 on US History, and a bad scor of a 640 on Physics. I just took the Math I and Math II but I'm not expecting either of them to be good enough for top school submission.

So my only other option is taking the SAT II's again in January, because I'm already retaking the SAT this December. But if I do that, I wouldn't get the scores back till February, a month and a half after the RD deadline! And I did not record that I was taking an SAT II that late on my application, because I expected to do better on the Math I/II.

Assuming I don't do well on either Math test, can I take the SAT IIs in January and still have the scores sent in to my schools?

Yes, but you probably won’t be able to see your scores before deciding to send them. At that point, you’ll probably have rush your scores. However, some schools have indicated that they’ll review your application and wait for your scores to come in. If you’re worried about having to rush your scores, I would contact the admissions office at the schools you’re applying to and ask them about submitting January SAT scores.

So, the plan would be for me to wait for my Math I/Math II scores and if they’re not good enough, I schedule another SAT II and work my butt off the study for it, because it’s the last chance I’ll ever have to take an SAT II?
