I'm going to take the SAT 3 times. Should I also take the ACT 3 times?

I will be taking the SAT for the final time in October after a summer of prep. (Got a 1960 after 2 tries and am aiming for a 2100+ in Oct)

I also want to take the ACT, and I'm not sure if taking that 3 times too will look bad to colleges in combo with how many times I've taken the SAT.

Will 6 tries at standardized testing look bad to adcoms? I want to try out the ACT in April, then June, then September... but I'm not sure if that'll just hurt me more than help me.

thanks for reading!!

Take a mock ACT now at home, and see what you think. If you feel that you are likely to do better on the ACT than on the SAT, take the real ACT in April. When you get your results, decide whether or not prepping for either exam, and then re-taking that particular exam, is worth it to you.
