So...I'm visiting University of Chicago TOMORROW...which I am really excited about.

And I'm almost getting interview (early, I know, but I'm going to be there so...) which I'm really nervous about.

Just wondering if anyone had any tips of what to do during the visit, any places to see on campus they might not show, what to wear to the interview, and tips for the interview? I know it's informal and not a "grilling session" (from website), but I'm still nervous. And I know to be myself, but I don't believe in faking anything anyways.

Thanks!

my interview was sooooooooooo bad.

sooo bad.

so don’t worry about the interview. i’m pretty sure it’s just to make sure you’re not crazy and are a good fit for the school.

I’m going tomorrow too! But I guess you’re there today.

But I’m going up for a quiz team competition/my birthday/to hang out with my sister at Northwestern so I won’t be interviewing. Anywhere cool I could tell you to go would probably be near Northwestern. For the interview, I would say, be cool, dress appropriately and look like you, with all of your idiosyncrasies.

They didn’t show it on my tour, but go see Harper Library. Inconceivably beautiful. Guarenteed to make you want to attend Chicago, if only so you can study in that library. :)
