i'm heading up to berkeley for calso.... transportation question

how do i get from Oakland airport to berkeley?
i'm scheduled to arrive at oakland airport at around 940 pm. is there a shuttle? public transport? schedules? contact info?

Take the AirBart from Oakland Airport to Coliseum/Oakland Airport BART (Oakland Airport is not near a BART station). AirBART is $2.

Take the Richmond line to Downtown Berkeley BART. I forgot how much that costs.

From Dowtown Berkeley BART, walk or take the bus to Unit 3 (refer to online map of UC Berkeley).

Use www.511transit.org or www.bart.gov

$2.50? i think, from coliseum to downtown, no more than that. i took the same trip for calso on mon/tues, no worries dude its a cakewalk, just read signs

Above poster has it right, its an easy walk from Downtown Berkeley Bart station to 2400 block of Durant (Unit 3), but if you want to catch a bus take the 51.

Cost from Coliseum Bart to Downtown Berkeley is $2.10

For the bus, the one that goes on Durant, where Unit 3 is, include:

Lines
51
7
40/40L

Those are the ones I know that go by Unit 3 for sure. (I think so for 40/40L anyway. I have taken the other 2 myself up Durant.)

The busstop is right by the Bart station too, which is convenient.

so calso housing IS in unit 3 - any particular building or will it be obvious when I show up?

When you get to unit 3 there should be a CalSO couneslor directing people where to go
