I'm in desperate need for advice! Should I drop Hon.Alg 2???!!

Okay...So, I'm a Sophomore and I'm taking all honors plus an AP. BUT, i've been struggling a little in Honors Algebra 2 and I really don't know if I should drop it, or to stick with it. To be honest, I feel like I'm not learning much and I feel like I should drop it and it could kill my gpa. On the other hand, I don't want to because I don't want it to look bad on my transcript. Would college admissions officers frown upon me taking regular alg.2?...it's not much different except that they go a a slower pace and the tests are probably less challenging.

Advice at this point would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

how bad is struggling?

Ummm..really bad..more like C-..but i might be able to bring it up to a B or if I'm eally lucky a B+

The thing is that I don't want it to kill my gpa...I'm aiming to get atleast a 3.9 this year ( a 4.0 would be even better).

hmm. Well, if you think you could bring it up to a B, then stick with it.
If not, talk to your counselor about dropping...for my school you can't drop after the first couple weeks though, so def. check with him/her.

I don't think one reg. class will kill you though, if you're taking the heaviest courseload available otherwise. Im taking the heaviest possible + journalism + regular physics cause as editor-in-chief, I couldn't take 5 APs as I just don't have time.
