im in desperate need for help!!

<p>im a junior and as of now my weighted GPA is real bad. im not proud of my 1st semester grades of junior year and i TRIED MY HARDEST, sophomore year was alright, so im not aiming that high. i just want to get into either UC San Diego, UC irivine etc. UC's around that range...</p>

<p>my SAT scores arent that great either.. highest was 1920

<p>extra curricular:
marching band
red cross
hospital volunteering
tutoring</p>

<p>what are my chances?</p>

<p>From that information, though, UCSD sounds like a reach and UCI/UCSB/UCD a match / slight reach.</p>

<p>well, yeah i know UCSD would be a reach but suppose i get a gpa of 3.6-3.8 by the end of junior year , weighted.. it sounds bad i know, im not too proud, but what are my chances of getting into UCI, UCSB, UCD etc. in percent, approximately?</p>

<p>what should i do outside of school to higher my chances?</p>
