<p>They probably have some mathematical calculation based on previous years' acceptance rate from admitted students ... or maybe they just keep adding "qualified students" to it, regardless of length ... in any event, it's got to be fairly large ... so far, more people have been accepted or waitlisted on CC than rejected.</p>
<p>probably more of the latter than the former.</p>
