im nervous

<p>im nervous guys!!! i applied to my schools and i feel like i didnt apply to enough match and safeties...</p>

<p>ive applied to harvard, princeton (first choice), yale, stanford, brown, dartmouth, pomona, chicago, columbia, upenn, uva, and william and mary (i live in va)</p>

<p>sats and acts: math - 790, verbal - 760, writing - 780 (12) composite 2350
ii's: math ii - 780, spanish with listening 790, french 800, chinese 780, literature 760 (ugh :( ****ed), and chemistry 800 :)
act: 34 composite (only sent to some)</p>

<p>my high school and me: competitive prep school, im a white kid, speak french at school, not applying for aid</p>

<p>rank: umm my rank (not released) suffers greatly from heavy courseload....top 15 students (105 in class) GPA 3.8 UW 4.9 weighted</p>

<p>umm always taken MOST difficult courseload...so hurt my rank
APs taken (all 5s and one 4): Spanish lit and language, French, calc ab/bc, chemistry, physics b, english, statistics, world history, euro history, us history, microecon (4)</p>

<p>APs to take this year: environmental, bio, english 12, macroecon, art history, us gov, chinese, comp gov and studio art</p>

<p>independent study - german</p>

<p>ECs
- Ice skating - 2nd in state pairs competition, have competed internationally
- Frisbee - started school team and local charity tournaments
- Dodgeball - started school club
- Student government - class president 3 years, lost this year :(
- Key club - president, 300 volunteer hours for this club
- Volunteer - ESL teacher for immigrants 4 years, 400 hours
- Banjo - Competed and placed in state fair banjo competition
- Model UN - Head delegate, international convention in the Netherlands
- science fair - 1st place metro 9, 10
- ART!</p>

<p>thats basically the big stuff....im in like bogus clubs and the typical honors societies, get couple hundreds more volunteer hours from other stuff</p>

- retirement home waiter - 20 hours a week in summer, 10 in school year
- bagger - before current job - 20 hours a week</p>

<p>I think you will be okay for Penn, UVA and W&M as long as you would be happy to go to any one of them.</p>
