I'm really upset, can you give me some hope?

Hey guys, I want to ask you if you think I have a good chance of getting into these schools: University of South Carolina, UNC-chapel hill, Clemson, University of Florida, Wake forest

My brother goes to Florida.
SAT: 590 math,600 reading,580 writing (took it three times)
I am disabled and Hispanic
I have a 3.5 unweighted gpa(4.775 weighted)
I am a member of NHS,NAHS and was in Key club, Adviser in Advisory committee (represent senior class Hispanics (each ethnicity has his representative))
I volunteer at my church to translate since I'm bilingual
Taking/took 5 AP classes (AP Bio exam 4, AP US exam 2) (taking this year: AP art history, AP statistics, AP physics B, and taking psychology 101 dual enrollment)
I am 76/331 ranking
I live in SC, so Florida, wake forest, and UNC would be out-of-state.
Low income family (less than 33k a year i don't know if that's low income)
I want to study finance/business management
I took ACT once and got a 23 (retaking).

I cant retake SAT anymore, and I want to go to one of those schools and if i am given the chance I will work so hard! But I know I'm not the best, can you give me some hope? What do you think?

This is the wrong section for chancing, but honestly if you want to apply to these schools, apply. No one in these forums are admissions officers…how are we to say if you get in or not? I wish you the best of luck, but saying you’ll get into X, Y and Z will just give you false hope, higher expectations and a bigger letdown and telling you the opposite would just get you upset. Don’t let these people get to you, just apply to where you want to go (and always have some safeties)!

Best regards,
WarmGesture
