I submitted my college applications for UC Berkley, LA, Irvine, and San Diego. There's a few things that make me nervous:
1.) ACT, SAT, SATII Score: My highest ever was 1710 on SATs and 26 (plus writing) on ACTs. For my 3 subject tests, Math 2, physics, and Biology, I got 670, 500, and 620, respectively. Even though I have mostly A's and about 4 B's in my transcript, I feel like my chances for Berkley has disappeared.
2.) 3 years: I'm rushing high school so there's no coursework for my 11th grade.
3.) Misinterpreted classes: On my transcript there's a class called Introduction to Social Science, aka Human Geography, but I referred to it as Human Geography. I'm worried that there'll be confusion. Also, for my college classes, I put Early US History 120 and Modern US History 121 when the numbers should have been 108 and 109, respectively.

Should I be severely worried, or do you think that they'll understand (at least) a few of my worries?

im pretty sure they let you explain about special circumstances like the 3 years thing.
i wouldnt worry at all about #3. #2 i wouldnt worry about either, but then im kind of a slacker hahaha. honestly though, if 2 bothers you you can write to them or get a counselor or someone to write to them and it should be fine.

i dont know how much tests and grades matter compared to each other. your grades sound like it should be fine (im assuming you take hard classes considering your motivated enough to finish high school in 3 yrs).

3.) I wouldn't worry too much about it. As long as it says generally the same thing on your official transcript, they'll know what you're talking about. At least it was just 120 to 108, and not 120 to 408! :) You could probably just email the admissions people and let them know, if it makes you feel better.

2.) As long as you or your counselor have explained this to the schools, there's nothing to worry about. If it's not clearly spelled out anywhere on your application, I'd call up the schools and tell them.

1.) I'm assuming you're from California. If you're not, your chances for Berkeley (or any of the UC schools) will be lower anyway, just because California kids are given priority (for obvious reasons). As for your SAT Reasoning scores, according to the Princeton Review, you're at the low end of the middle 50% for Irvine, the low low end for Berkeley, the middle (:D) for Davis, and unfortunately completely off the bottom of the middle 50% for LA. I might put my bets on Davis and Irvine right now. That said, your application will be of a much rosier hue if you have a healthy list of ECs. You have pretty good grades, and if you followed those up with a string of ECs and some compelling essays, the gods of the UC system may smile upon you with a slew of acceptance letters.

Best of luck!
