I'm screwed? or do I got a chance?

My cumulative gpa including including my freshman year is a 3.661 (unweighted)
Did best freshman year =/
Worried because every school I want to go to have like 50+% with gpas above 3.75
I only took like 2 aps junior year =/ and like 2 honors sophmore year =/
Worried because everyone who has a low gpa seems to have taken like 12 or something

SAT score is 1910.
Worried because I did best on the writing section which some colleges dont even take.

Varsity tennis - (6 years) Play in alot of clubs, many years, but I'm not actually good enough to play in college

Saxaphone & clarinet - Played 5 years with weekly private lessons, in private band also

NHS every year

Some crap extras like bookclub...

Volunteer Work
- I have a 100+ hours
worried because it isn''t consistantly at one place. Also it not like I'm working in a hospital
just dum stuff like the local library.. boys and girls club.. tutoring... etc

Do I have any chance of getting into good schools like University of Washington, University of California Santa Barbara, Penn State, New York University, University of Wisconsin Madison

Or am I gonna be forced to go to crap state schools that are ranked like 85-130.

Yeah you are in trouble unfortunately. Your test scores are not particularly strong and your GPA isn’t that great either and the problem is compounded with a downward trend along with a lack of vigor. NYU is likely not going to happen, it is the best school you’re targeting. However for the state schools you’re targeting, the one that you are IS for is probably a good bet. PSU especially is not particularly selective and I know of some IS kids with really questionable credentials who got in. I don’t think you will have to go to a “crap state school” but it would really help you if you could do well this semester and give your GPA a little boost.

Might be in at Penn State.

I have found like the rankings are not worth fussing too much over. I just visited Elon and although it isn’t famous for it’s academics, I may choose Elon over some higher ranked universities because of the wonderful atmosphere and campus combined with a good education. I may even gain more from going to a smaller school like Elon over a higher ranked school like UMD College Park.

It’s all were you feel like you’d fit, so just delve a little deeper than rankings.
