I'm sending one of my essay by post, not sure about formatting ...

<p>I need to get my Pomona essay fedexed ASAP, but I'm not sure what else I should include besides the essay. Like, for instance, where do I type my name, at the top or bottom? And should I have a heading that says "Pomona College Optional Writing Sample" or whatever at the top? Is there a standard way of presenting it? Or any other information that I should include? It would be awesome if anyone could help. Thanks!</p>

<p>Most colleges say all your documents should have your name, date of birth, high school and social security number on them. I put them as a header. And yes, you could put in "Pomona College Optional Writing Sample" as the title.</p>
