<p>In the summer I usually sit at home 22 hours a day not including 2 hours for sport.
I feel that I''m sitting too much. Is there anything I can do to relieve the stress on my spine?</p>

<p>i love how CCers have to comment on the most miniscule errors to be found. and yes you are sitting too much. and for your spine …err idk? get a back massage? drink tea, i heard green tea helps alleviate stress.</p>

<p>There’s always: standing, laying down, hopping on one foot.</p>
<p>Frankly, I think you should go for the latter as you’d get a two-for-one deal: cure your sitting problem and act as entertainment for others–and you should always want to help your fellow man.</p>

<p>Lucky, I wish I had more free time. This is my first vacation that I have dubbed- stresscation. I advise you to sleep instead of sit- you’ll need it.</p>

<p>So now I do all my homework on my living room floor (carpet). I just sprawl on the ground. After a few times, I realized that it really hurt my elbows and shoulders, so I now sprawl on this really huge blue plushie elephant (it’s the same height as me). My problems are solved.</p>
