I'm smacking myself for this...Chances?

yes. I know. Everyone else on here has already done this. But I'm curious. And I need to know if I should retake my SAT.

SAT: 2180 (690 V, 790 M, 700 W)
GPA: 3.94 UW, 5.0 W
AP exams: 5: Chem, Calc AB, US Gov't, Environmental; 4: US History, English Language

This year I'm taking 4 APs (a drop from last year, I hope that doesn't look bad), plus drama productions (it's honors) and wildlife ecology (it's honors)

ECs:
gymnastics since I was 5 (have two national medals from freshman year)
track since I was 12 (3 school records, regional qualifier, MVP, Coach's award, Captain)
German club since sohphomore year (coPresident)
Jewish Culture club since sophomore year (was founded sophomore year, VP)
Student Legislative Assembly since sophomore year (Env't'l committee cochair)
Science Olympiad since junior year (varsity, 5th in state)
Envirothon since junior year (state qualifier)
Drama Club/Arts over easy since sophomore year, not that active till junior year
NHS since junior year
NGHS since sophomore year
XC during junior year
Science Bowl during senior year
There's probably some moe that I've forgotten, but not all of tehse will make it on to my resume.

I've had a job for over a year, I'm currently workinga bout 20 hours a week.

I have very little community service, which is a big slap in the face for me.

So whaddya think?

Uh...5.0 Weighted GPA? Are you sure you don't mean 4.0.
Truthfully yes you should retake the SAT. Dartmouth places a lot of emphasis on standardized scores.

No, I do mean 5.0 weighted. At my school, an A in an honors class is worth 5, an A in an AP is worth 6. I've only gotten one B, and it was in an AP, and I've only taken 4 classes that weren't at least honors (drama 1, health, german 1, german 2, none of which are offered honors)

That verbal score is kind of low for Dartmouth and there's nothing to lose on your part to retake. This is coming from someone with 760M 710V who was W/L. There's so much randomness in the process as it is, so do all you can to eliminate as much of it as possible.
