I'm so perplexed....HELP

I'm going to suggest again that you consider Case to fill one of those two voids. As far as the Jewish community here goes, I haven't a clue regarding the exact percentage, but there are two Jewish groups, one just for women, already here, with a ZOA (Zionist Organization of America) chapter to be opened by the end of the year, as well as a major Islamofascism awareness event once per semester starting this upcoming spring. Beyond that, there is one established Jewish frat (AEPi) and a failing colony (SAM), with talk of a Jewish sorority (AEPhi) coming to campus. There is of course a kosher dining program, a Hillel with both egal and traditional services, and a number of student-friendly temples close by.

As far as science goes, that is what this school is best known for, and a massive number of students here are pre-med. We actually have a few top-5 programs. But, because acceptance means admission to all programs, you could apply as a Political Science student (not as well known) and then declare BME (the school's strongest offering). And they are pretty good when it comes to honoring AP credits.

Have you looked at Yeshiva University? It's an excellent academic institution, is the flagship of the Modern Orthodox movement, and has the 39th ranked medical school. It'd be a good safety for you.

Look seriously at WUSTL. Amazing pre-med program, one of the top handful (literally) medical schools in the world. More than a quarter of their students are Jewish. I heard, but I'm not sure, that they are exceedingly generous with financial aid.
