I'm so scared!

I am actually like really scared about college admissions. Sorry, I just need any advice or help or reassurance that I'll make it through or anything. Applying to:
Vassar
Haverford
Barnard
Oberlin
University of Pennsylvania
Brown??
Colgate
Bowdoin
CMU
A couple safeties

I have a 3010 SAT. I have a 3.92 GPA and 4.63 WGPA (out of 5). I have about 5 good extracurriculars and am in Orchestra. i do dance as well. I have a lot of community service (over 400 hours) will be a camp counselor next summer. I am just really scared because these schools are so tough and I haven't found the cure to cancer or anything. LOL. Any advice? Thank you!!

3010 sat???

Oh! Sorry, no hahaha, I didn’t get a 3010 SAT. I got a 2310. Sorry.

Advise:
-visit.
-Research the schools thoroughly and think about preferences (size; location;
campus culture)

Can the same person equally like the prevailing campus cultures/ fellow students at Vassar/ Oberlin and Colgate/Penn? Would they be likely to be just as happy in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh as in Hamilton, NY? Can the same person be equally happy at a university the size of Penn as an LAC the size of Haverford?

-Once having visited some schools, thinking, and establishing preferences, revisit the list, prune as appropriate and think about other choices (Wesleyan?)

add one or two schools to the list that, while certainly not safeties, are the next rung easier admits than the above.

Do everything you’re “supposed” to do. Interview if they offer it. visit everyplace you eventually apply to. Don’t take anything for granted.

Review finances with your parents and see if you can afford any of these schools.

Review finances. Find two safety schools (academically and financially) that you like and can see yourself happily attending.

Be open minded about the possibility of attending a public university.

Consider size–small, medium, or large.

Consider location–is it an isolated campus? Are there things to do off campus that are within a walkable distance?
How difficult will it be to travel to and from the campus to home during breaks?

Greek Life–how much of the weekend social life is built around greek life?

Cost—affordablility—Remember that it very common for tuition/room/board costs to go up each and every year.

wow your stats are really good. You have a good chance with brown and cmu and the others too! just write good essays, and you’ll be fine.
