I'm somewhat worried...

<p>I just submitted my early decision application last night. Today I checked over my supplement and realized I just made the following mistake:</p>

<p>It ask if I visited the school or not. Then it asked with whom I met and the date. </p>

<p>I forgot to put down the date. </p>

<p>What should I do? Is this serious? They should have the date on my interview sheet.... but I'm still really concerned.</p>
