<p>I'm still getting emails 'to apply' from a college I already applied to (VCU).</p>

<p>They keep telling me apply when I have already applied...</p>

<p>My transcripts and letters have all been sent, and have been confirmed as received. </p>

<p>My SAT Scores have all been sent, and confirmed.</p>

<p>My application fee has been paid.</p>

<p>I don't understand...</p>

<p>Are these emails automated? </p>

<p>I know some colleges email you that you have submitted their applications, but VCU didn't send me one of those.</p>

<p>I get those all the time, but the end usually reads something like: Disregard this message if you’ve already applied.</p>

<p>Those emails are MASS mailings sent by the marketing department; you weren’t personally selected to receive them. The marketing department does not check with Admissions before sending them. Disregard.</p>
