I'm still listed as incomplete?!

So, I submitted that VIP application around the first week of October. My best friend (who also used this app) and I both gave our envelopes for transcripts and such on the same day, and my guidance counselor told me that they were mailed on October 18th..

So last week or so, my best friend told me that his application was listed as completely submitted, and mine STILL is listed as incomplete (that they have not received my transcript or recommendation(s)).

What should I do? Call? I'm getting a bit nervous here because one of the other envelopes that I sent out that day has already been received and I've been accepted to that school...

You’d better call them. Chances are they got your stuff but they’re not able to match it to your name. Same thing happened to me, because my official record has my middle initial on it and on Drexel’s app I didn’t provide it.

A phone call should sort things out.

It took Drexel almost 3 weeks from when my school sent my stuff.

My daughter had to have her school send the transcripts twice before they got them.

Hi. It took about one month from the time that I requested my transcripts from HS until Drexel actually got them in the system. I did call and the counselor said that they were about 3 weeks behind in processing. Not to worry.

I guess I’m just confused now…My recommendation stuff was in the same envelope as the transcripts and they are saying that my recommendations are in, but my transcripts were never sent?? lol

Ask your counselor to call, since he/she is the one that sent the envelope.

I talked to the secretary (who is the one who mainly handles the mailing of this type of thing)…she and I agreed that sending another transcript is the best option as she called admissions for me, who said it might take another few weeks and to email if it’s not “completed”, and I emailed but received no response…hopefully this works this time. Thanks you guys! I’ll let you know if it works out (hopefully!)…
