Hey guys,

I am a student who attends the University of Georgia. First semester I didn't do so well, I ended up with a 2.73. This semester I need to work hard to keep the HOPE scholarship. If I manage to keep it, that's fine, but if I do not is it best to transfer to a community college to increase my GPA or should I stick to UGA and get out a student loan to pay for tuition and such.

Please let me know as I am worried about how next year will turn out.

Thanks!

That’s completely up to you. How are you doing this semester? You’re so close to a 3.0. Have you gone on Oasis and used the GPA calculator to figure out what you need to make in order to make a 3.0?

Will you actually be at a check point at the end of this semester? I think they only check every 30 hours. But I could be wrong…

yes ill be at the check point 30 hours. I am taking 15 hours the same as I did last semester. I know what I have to get in order to make it a 3.0 but I don’t think the chances are with me
