I don't have intended major....
how am I supposed to write my supplement essay?
I'm applying to arts and sciences precisely because i'm undecided!!
ahhhhhhhh how am I gonna write an essay? should I just make up my academic interest? or should I write about like 3 different subjects that I like??
I don't have particular academic interest!!

Well, since you've decided to go CAS instead of the other colleges, you must have some interest in liberal arts. For the first essay, just talk about whatever you want to study. If you're not sure what you will major in that's fine, but there's got to be something. It says on the sheet (for the 2nd essay) that if you're undecided that you should talk about what programs at Cornell interest you. I'd do that essay first, get a better understanding of what my interests are and then write the first one.

I think it would be fine to talk about all 3 of your interests.

well im havin the same problem...:( dunno wat 2 write for the second......the first i just put my intellectual interests.....second i dunno for the "Academic" interests coz im undecided...it says: "Consider the academic programs in the school/college you indicated above. How will you utilize them to further explore your intended major or field of interest, or general academic interests if youre undecided?"

Now how wud i utilize my general academic interests? any other suggestionss??? like..as to how i shud tackle it?

u should explain that there are so many programs that u r interested in and that's why its such a good idea to be undecided in Arts and Sci. Explain how their wealth of programs will lead u on a path to discovering what u really want to do in life.
