I'm visiting tomorrow! Make me excited.

<p>...Not that I'm not already, lol. I'm going for a tour at 10:00. I didn't see anything about info sessions on the site--are there any? </p>

<p>Overall, what do you guys recommend I visit/do/ask, and what should I expect?</p>

<p>Before I went, I expected rich kids carrying tennis rackets. It depends on your knowledge of the school beforehand...I knew nothing.</p>

<p>We spent a good part of the day there. I like talking to students on visits; the tour guides will tell you what the admissions office wants you to hear, but regular students have no stake in your interest. Ask them what they think, how's housing, how's the food, etc.</p>

<p>which pizza place? theres old world (burnt), conte's (the best), pizza star, and then brand names. go to chucks on spring street by the library/parking garage, and buy their wings...mmmmm good</p>

<p>Tours are not given by the admissions office. They are Orange Key tours and they leave from Frist Campus Center...</p>

<p>I thought they always had info sessions but maybe all the admissions officers are busy reading apps; I wouldn't be surprised. </p>

<p>I can't believe you're going to beat me...I feel so empty right now.</p>

<p>Venture off the tour, or visit the rest of the campus after it. I went on the tour and then to Frist, so I missed out on the south part of the campus (which includes Forbes, Butler, Wilson, and all that jazz). And walk around the city a bit. While I didn't, it seemed to have a nice, quaint feel to it.</p>

<p>I wish I had explored the area more. I visited twice and I wasn't able to really walk around much either time. </p>

<p>the shopping and the food, i'd say. and its really cute. but other than that, i'd say everything's mainly on campus</p>
