So I took the Math 2 placement test yesterday and I didn't bother studying for it because I knew everything I was going to be in there. I feel confident about most of the test but there's one log question that I left blank b/c I forgot how to do it and one other question in trig that I know I didn't get... Idk if I'm just freaking out but I really cant get be placed in precalc and I was wondering what kind of score I needed to get to get placed in Calc 1. Two weeks is just too long....

I took the test about a month ago and I skipped 2 of them. One was a weird log one, one was a trig one. I guessed and I had no idea what to do. I got placed into Calc 1.

They dont tell you your scores, only placement. As long as you felt confident on everything else but the ones you didnt know, then you’ll be in calc def.

Please don’t worry. You will be placed in precalc only if you bomb the test, that is, nearly half the questions wrong. If you bombed it even further, then you will be placed in intermediate algebra. If you bombed it to the extent that you can’t bomb it anymore, you will be placed in elementary algebra.
