A couple of questions about the IDP. First, about how long does it take, both the seminar and the interview? And about how well should you dress for both of them? They don’t seem to have that much about the small details on their site, and I don’t want to make it awkward by showing up as the only guy in jeans (or, on the other hand, the only guy in dress cloths).

Would suggest something between jeans and dress suit – khakis, corduroy, perhaps, or denim that isn’t blue. Peopel wore the range but this is an interview, after all. The day started with an introduction for everyone at admissions, then the class (about 90 mintues) simultaneously with an interesting session for parents/adults, then a scheudle interview slot. Interview seemed to be about 15-30 minutes. We were done by about 130pm. THere as also an opportunity for a tour, if that hadn’t been taken before.

I’d say jeans are fine as long as they are clean and not ripped. Momwonders has the schedule about right, but there’s lunch in there somewhere. The kids eat free and the parents pay something like $7. The interview doesn’t take long, but you may have to wait a little even though you’re given a time slot. There are lots of people to get through. Good luck!
