Immunization Copy Required on R-Day?

<p>Does a copy of the Immunization form need to be taken along with the direct deposit form on R-Day?</p>

<p>Nine, the reason you do that is in case your records were entered wrong, or whatever, you can say, "no! I don't need that shot!! Here is my shot record!" It's just a good thing to have.</p>
