<p>This is regarding submission of immunization forms and health info online thru MY DUKE. My D is not able to log into the student affairs: health center/ new students website. Whenever she logs in , it says- internal error has occurred, please try again later. My D has got her immu. Forms and TB Screening forms signed but doesn't know how to submit them online since the Student Health page doesn't open when she logs in. Is anyone experiencing this type of server problem? Let us know how to fix this? Thanks.</p>
<p>This seems to be pretty widespread and is being discussed in the Duke FB page (Duke one, not admitted students one). The student health site was working Friday at noon (because SH sent me a email that my immunization reqs were met). Nobody’s come up with a fix yet, but have your D call OIT/SHC on Monday. Good luck.</p>
