So on my student account, it says I have a “Hold” on my main account - HCOL Immunizations. I guess my high school forgot to send my immunization record to the college. Does this mean I can’t attend until this paperwork is processed? I’m attending a pre-orientation program on the 15th and I’m not sure if the records will be in on time - I would prefer not to miss the start of the program.
Have your doctor’s office fax them in the morning. No worries. Phone to follow up and see if you need any other immunizations. Make sure to get a meningitis shot.
@daboombas, it’s not your high school’s responsibility to send the immunizations, it’s yours. They are sent along with the medical form completed by your doctor. That being said, I agree with @MaryGJ: you can ask your pediatrician to send them and it will be fine. I would be sure they are in before you arrive at any of the prefrosh programs. Since these are coordinated by the FDO, you might want to send an additional copy directly to them and confirm that they have arrived.
I, and many of my friends, sent our forms in fairly late - don’t worry, just try to get them in as soon as you can.
